I want to look into a sophisticated CRM system which would allow me to target customers based on their purchases with money off coupons which are specific to that customer and are date ranged, if this linked in with DTP software to create the print outs, or create email merges then that would be great.
Does anyone have any idea if there is something like this out there?
Philip, There should not be any reason you could not use a detailed sales report that also includes a customer's email address or regular address, then export the results to Excel and do a mail or email merge. If this does not work for you we have put some customizations in place for emailing a targeted group of customers as well as a mailing program.
