Is there built-in max amount limit for credit card transaction ?

Hi,

Is there preconfigured max. limit allowed for credit card ? if yes, how can I increase the limit from 99,999.00 to 9,999,999.00?

Does anyone here encounter this authorization error while doing credit card transaction ?

Fast Track:

1) I have tried to configured and set the maximum limit to 9,999,999.00 but it didn't work. I tried also doing z/zz report then do the credit trasaction but same error comes.

2) then I tried also setting it to 0 as to no limit but same error comes.

Setup:

I am running a RMS 1.3.0203 version. Does it have anything with the version I use?

You may want to call your Bank / Merchant processor to find out the limits.Mihir ShahDiviasoft, Inc

Our POS are not integrated with any program from BANK / Merchant Processor !

It is showing when you try to tender a payment type of type CREDIT CARD...

when the amount goes up to 100,000 , it shows that error " cannot authorize , max. limit 99,999 for credit card / gift card.
