At the moment adding simple products (name, alias and price) is quite slow as each bit of information is in a different tab. Is there any way that I can add products in a spreadsheet, worksheet or excel/text file mode? All I'd like is a name, lookup, and price columns. This would make adding new products 10 times faster and easier.

Contact your RMS Partner and ask for the QSImport tool. If they don't know what you are talking about then you bought from the wrong company. If they can't give it to you post back.

The RMS partner have never heard of it (why am I not suprised, I think they know less than me) The RMS partner blame the people that supplied the hardware, the hardware people blame the software people. Thats why I've just about given up and decided to try and work it out things for myself instead of relying on them.
I googled QS import tool with no luck, is there anywhere I can download it? I'll give the EMS demo a try. Is there any chance I could corrupt the database by using this external software?

Be advised that EM'S engine is quite slow after the initial import so any time you have to update few items is going to take quite a bit of time I have it and I know.
