I need additional fields on Item Form.Is there any way or third party softwaer to customize RMS forms.There should be any utility to do it because Item Form Data Hirerchy is consist on (Department & Category) which is not enough.It cannot fulfill the requirement of Super Market Store.If we take the example of WollMart or any other large store.They consist on (DEPARTMENTthen CATEGORY then BRAND then PRODUCT).
Any suggestion/Thoughts?
Which Item Form are you referring to? Item Properties, or the Item List (Displayed by F2 - Lookup)?
I believe that both Retail Realm and Digital Retailer have add-ins that allow additional fields on the item list - well actually they would replace the item list, but the effect is the same...
I'm sure there are many add-ins out there that add additional Item Properties, but that may have to be customized to your needs.
