We are experiencing a number of problems with the ART Promotions module we use with RMS. Have other users experienced numerous problems aswell. The problems we have encountered are:
- The promotions cannot be deleted from Store once created - we now have over 20 promotions which have expired
- The items on the promotions set at HQ do not match those at store level
- We want to have a promotional barcode on an advert which is to be scanned to activate the promotion in conjunction with the items on promotion. Does anyone know how to do this?
