We have a HQ/Store level promotion add on which takes into consideration price level c, d as you requested. Apart from that feature it has comprehensive promotions features all controlled from HQ/Store like:

Standard Buy all items in the list with the qualifying quantities Only one list will be present Mix n Match Buy ateast one item from each list with the qualifying quantity More than one list is possible Buy X get Y for Z Meet the Qualifying quantity (will be set as common for the items in the list) by any item in the list. Sale Price Able to set sale prices for specific periods Offer types

We wrote this in order to enhance the discount/sale price features in RMS to enable you to do such promtions as: Buy One Get One Free, Buy any X for £X.XX also spend £X.XX in a department or category and get a promotion or free item etc.

With regards to limiting the rewards to certain customers this can be achieved by specifying either the customer account or account type during the promotion set-up.
