I need help to set change box automaticly close after the transation. Any one can help ?

SO Manager --> File menu --> Configuration --> Options tab --> POS Options
--> Automatically close change screen
If you don't have this option you will need to update the RMS Software to SP2.

Gill,
If you are on MS' Maintenance plan, look in your mailbox for the 1.3 version that is shipping right now.
If you are not on the plan, contact your RMS reseller.

1.3 is literally shipping right now. I just got my copy yesterday afternoon - AFTER some of my customers had received it. I'm sure there are many resellers out there that have not yet received their copy. "If you still belong to Customer Source", then you are still on a maintenence plan and will be getting the 1.3 through the mail at about the same time your reseller does. The feature that you're asking about was included in one of the service packs - don't remember if it was 2 or 3 - which you CAN download if you are on Customer Source. I'd be a little irritated that they don't seem to know if you are still on a plan or not...
