How do I manually enter a price for an item not on the item list. I work at a pharmacy and the co-pay amount varies and have no price barcode.

Set up an Item called "Open Co-Pay" as a non-inventory item. On the options tab there is a checkbox for "Must enter price at POS" check this on. When you use this item for co-pay you will always have to enter the amount of co-pay at the time of check out. Hope that works for you.
