How do I set the clock on RMS? Can I synchronoze the clock with all workstations?

I think that RMS uses the system time of the machine where the database is located. The time on the server and the time on the workstations are best kept in synch by having each machine frequently hit one of the time servers on the Internet.
Check your settings on XP machines by double clicking the clock on the taskbar and then clicking the "Internet Time" tab.

I know RMS uses the clock associated with the register housing the database. We had an instance where that clocks date was changed and it locked us out of RMS.
