I'm upgrading from qs2000 and I'm thinking of changing from ICVerift to something else - maybe Citibank. Has anyone used the citibank EDC? Any help here would be appreciated.

Randy, I am currently using Mercurypay.com and they are actaully real good...at least so far :) They will do a good job in matching or even beating your current rates, and everything integrates into RMS, except for EBT...which for whatever reason they could not do. Personally I would give them a call, and see what they can give you.
