Custom POS Buttons: Change the look and size

I would like to change the look of my custom POS buttons. I just want a



100x50 pixel image - no caption. I would also like the button bar to have two columns. Can someone point me in the right direction? Is there a template file or config file that controls this?

Please don't tell me to contact my reseller or try to sell me an add-on.

I have been looking to change the button configuration as well, and I think they are located here

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics - Point of Sale\Database\2.50\SeedData\Files

they are just XML files.
