I want to create labels to mail shot our Customers.
This is easy enough using the Crystal Reports but I have a licensed test copy on my Laptop that shows the Label sheet with 3 columns, as I would like it, however, on my live system it only shows with 2 columns.
I have copied my Crystal Reports folder onto the live system and restarted RMS Manager and it hasn't changed the format at all. I wondered if the Administrator Configuration Paths were pointing at the correct folder and it was but i reassigned it anyway and it still doesn't work -- any ideas greatly appreciated.
