Is it possible to make bar code labels for customer account number in RMS which can be given to the customers so that when they come in it can be scanned and it is easy to open their account.

Yes you can.

We did it and the cards were done by Vanguard ID systems very nice.

Within RMS, no.
In addition to the other suggestions about purchasing pre-made plastic cards, another option is to download a card design program to design and print your own, onto business card stock.
