Bar codes - New User - LP2824

I am ramping up on our first installation of RMS. I have a specialty store (comic books, toys, etc.) and there are some items that do not have barc odes.



I currently use an LP2844 for all of our shipping labels and have been extremely happy with it. Staying with the same brand, it would seem that the LP2824 is the model of choice.



Does anyone have any experience with this printer and would the be willing to offer any advice?



I would like to get up and running with RMS and have started to get our bar codes printed by then.

I have never had a problem creating or modifying a custom barcode to work with RMS the label designer is a bit clunky but still usable. I have created a multitude of custom labels depending on label size and printer limitations. We use the lp2824

What size labels do you use? I am only looking to have the barcode, description and look up code on the label.

Have you tried to contact the customer support team? I have used them many times and they are very helpful. They have different levels of support members to help even the most complicated questions and problems regarding their POS Software.
