we are group of supermarket chain , we are running MRMS 1.3 version , item message pop up causing scans to be missed at POS , we require POS machine to make sound when item message pop up or no sound in barcode scanner symbol ls
also would anyone send detailed sales report with cost & profit

Search for the recent thread on this topic: if you add a speaker to the PC, the popup messages do have associated system sounds, which you can customize to your needs.

On the matrix or Lot matrix item always put higher item on top . I have created fake item just for that look up code 555555 description; Just 4 u price $1000000.00 on matrix/ lot matirx put this item on top then you cashier have look for mistake unless you have million dollars item in your store You still need speaker to alert the cashier for other popup
