I cant get the customer address to print in the center of the label (or more centered). It prints to closely to the edge and when I remove the label part of the address stays behind does any know how I can fix that ?
Is this Chaya from TSE in NY? If so, we sent you an updated Mailing Label report with your other custom reports. This updated Crystal Report properly centers the addresses for Avery labels and skips most incomplete addresses. If you need another copy of this report write: snipped-for-privacy@digitalretailer.com
Yes its me,Chaya from TSE in NY! I did get your updated mailing label report ,but it has a major flaw : It duplicates some names, it prints some names triple ,some even 4 times[not consistant]. I tryed all different filters and I cant seem to get it to print just 1 of each.I used to pick thru it but my mailing got too big and im sick of doing it. When I tryed to contact DRS I could not get thru to anyone unless I paid for support and I just dont think I should have to pay support for somthing that didnt work. If there is still somthing you can do to help me with this issue I would very much appreciate it Im stuck!

While a custom report is not technically considered a software add-in like our other utilities for RMS, any custom report includes a warranty for 30 days. This should provide you with ample time to test the report and notify us if anything needs to be fixed or modified.
Since we were unaware you were having any problems with this report, and duplicates is a bug, you should file a request for assistance by writing snipped-for-privacy@digitalretailer.com. If possible, please include the original report file and the steps required to reproduce the error. We may also need a backup of your data if we can't reproduce the error on our test database.
