RMS support the portoguese, but I not known a partner of MS who sell rms in portgual.

may be able to help you. I know theymaintain international clients but i'm unsure if their overseas clients useRMS in particular. But i like/recommend them so it's worth a call. if you docall, let them know i sent you! kamal
