mailing label issue

I cant get the customer address to print in the center of the label (or more centered). It prints to closely to the edge and when I remove the label part of the address stays behind does any know how I can fix that ?

I use avery style labels 3 across and 10 down.

This is assuming you are not having printer issues where:

-the Avery sheet shifts slightly when printing - this is common and usually labels on the edge are affected but the rest are ok, something like that.

In label designer, look at your layout. Pay no attention to the centering of the fields on the white background of the chosen label type.

Move the fields over, test print, repeat until the fields print as you want them to.

Ignore how it looks in label designer - you may see a white label background, with label data fields no where near the center of the label - however, when it prints, its ok.

Save changes always!!!!

Label designer in RMS is an ok tool but has limitations - however its based on Avery formats so as long as the printer is ok, just move your fields over a bit and do print tests.

Thanks for taking interest Luke , However it seems to only work with the BARCODE labels there the label designer works fine. But when it comes to CUSTOMER MAILING LABELS I cant seem to find anywhere to make adjustments. (I checked that my printer is working fine, and the page is not shifting, and still its printing on the very far upper left corner causing all the labels to have its data cut when the label is peeled. Can you help me with this?I need to send out another mailing and Im desperate.

Thank You, Chaya
