Customer Service Reports

When doing an X or Z report, MS POS (not RMS) displays at the bottom of the report a portion listing the amount of revenue earned by the hour.

How can we capture the sales info on an X or Z report for longterm sales info? Has anyone implemented a solution? I can take the info from a daily Z report and post it for our employees (e.g., over/under) but I would like to disseminate the same info regarding peak service times, peak revenue periods, etc.

Anyone have any solutions?

How are reports imported using POS (not RMS)? The Import Wizard only addresses importing Items, Customers, Inventory, or Suppliers?

Not sure about POS because I have RMS but look for a reports folder in the POS directory. If there is one just copy and paste the report there, restart Manager and it should show up under Custom. Like i said I have RMS so I'm not sure if you can do this in POS or not. Craig

You don't import them. You copy and paste them into the reports folder. I don't have POS but it is probably similar. Look for the Microsoft POS folder under Programs, once you find it look for the reports folder. Once you find that take the report and copy and paste it into that file. Craig

Craig,

There is no Reports folder located in the Point of Sale directory/folder. The only folders are Addins, Backups, Content, Database, Logs, OPOS, Refresh, and Temp.

Thanks for your efforts, though. Maybe someone using POS can offer a solution.
