An unrecoverable error ?

When I open POS client, a popup dialogue shows
"An unrecoverable error occurred while attempting to start Microsoft Point
of Sale. The application must exit."
and then prompts me to exit.
How can I solve this problem please?

I had that happen to me when I hit the 2 gig limit for MSDE. Check the database properties and see how large the database is if it's at the 2gig limit you will need to delete some journals and then run shrinkdatabase command to free up space. Another option(if database size is your problem) would be to buy Retail Realms archive utility to save all information instead of deleting. Craig
