I use RMS SO 2.0.0.126 with latest SQL 2005 Express SP. This is on an XP Pro SP3 system.
I recently had to restore the entire PO from an image backup. Now, when I start my POS I get an error popup with a generic message that the POS could not be started and asking me if I want to send the details to MS. This is just a generic text.
I found some details in the application event file with the following details
Event ID 1000 Faulting application soposuser.exe, version 2.0.0.126, faulting module ntdll.dll, version 5.1.2600.5755, fault address 0x00002caf.
Anybody know what that means and how to fix it? The generic error is displayed 2-3 times but then the POS comes up and works without a problem.
I tried to get the exact error remotely but don't get it on my backoffice PC. Just appears on the store PC.
