My RMS2.0 Store Operations crashes on average once per day when I attempt to scan an item. I purchased it 3 months ago and it's been doing it since. I have to do a hard reboot to recover and upon restart, I get error message "cannot connect to database". I have to connect using administrator. I have
3 Giga byte of RAM. Occassionaly, I will open other applications as well (i.e. MS Access). Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Dear Asmar, Frist of all go to Control Panel> Adminitration Tool >Event viewer and look the applicaiton Log try to see what error is coming. Then go to internet and give either error code to me so I can let you know why its giving error. 2nd thing seems to me is that you have LAN issue so try to contiusly ping your RMS Server by raised the following command from RUN > then type CMD
Type on this comand: ping [RMSServer] -t and see what is the TTL is return to you. There are other way out also to find the issue but give me result what I asked to investigate in detail what exactly you ahve issue.

Working with Microsoft technical support to resolve issue. It appears that my touchscreen keyboard which has a couple of macros is causing the hang up. We've disconnected the touchscreen keyboard and issue went away. I'll advise of any update.
Thanks for your help.
