Customizing RMS

I would like to be able to set up a kind of a kiosk using this system. I would like to be able to use it with a touch screen for concession sales. I would like to be able to set up Custom POS buttons or something that would sell pop or popcorn. The basic idea is to have everything available so that the employee doesn?t have to lookup anything and can work everything from one screen. If anyone has any ideas your help would be greatly appreciated.

Well we already use Microsoft RMS a gift shop we have, so the program is installed and working we would just like to add the functionality to be used as a simple kiosk for concessions. I'm have problems with the syntax of the Custom POS buttons. I would like to add buttons for adding pop and the like to an order then finishing the transaction.
