How can I change sale price to price A,B, or C

The wizard only lets you marks up or down Items in departments by percents or by a dollar amount most retailers have items in the same department that are price at round numbers like Regular price for a Adirondack chair $149.00 and sale price $99.00 but the foot stool for the chair has a regular price $99.00 and on sale is $79.00 the department is the same but the % of the price change is deferent am I over looking some thing ???????? Is there a work around for this

Thanks

HI Al, the first thing with your wording is that you are price strcuture set not base on department but base on the item itself so if have such situation then you have to handle it manually. However if you want you can keep and setup your item base on the price structure of your department.

because with your below query you are talking about 2 different percentages not the one. so better have setup your department by product pricing and then get advantage of your wizard, other way is that you can give percentage discount to particular dept.

I don?t know much about queries but its not more then to set sale price for furniture department to equal price C rms just doesn?t have it in the wizard I don?t under stand New West Technologies Web Integrator allows me to select set sale price to = price c and upload to my website it works with out a glitch. It sounds like you are telling me to mix items from other departments that will be discounted same percentage when on sale. But I don?t wont to put Bananas on sale the same time as Chairs ?????? I think you are saying make my furniture dept be called 25% off sale department I think this would really confuse the cashiers and they would never no where to Look for items on the touch screen keyboard. Do you think this should be a suggestion instead of a question. Or do most retailers set up there departments by sale price ?? Thanks

How about selecting by Category instead of Department - that takes you down one level (Furniture/Chairs and Furniture/Ottomans), but is probably still not discreet enough.
