Does anyone know of a rental / demo add-on for RMS? I own a sports store and we let people demo certain products before they buy. Any demo fees get applied toward a purchase. Is this feature feasable?

Yes, RMS provide a demo database that work for 60days and with 5 items for transaction..
contact ms partner for cdrom or link to download it.
