You can't, MSPOS doesn't support backorders, layaways, work orders, or quotes like RMS does.

Jeff : Do you know about ad on to do this or upgrade to MS RMS , can I transfer MSPOS data base to MS RMS ?

Haven't heard of any and I doubt anyone would do it. That's why RMS exists, more features, so you would have to upgrade.
Nothing official from MS yet to transfer the info. Afshin from Retail Realm posted recently they had a transfer program from MSPOS to RMS. Try him at snipped-for-privacy@retailrealm.co.uk
