Different RMS newsgroups

This is the only public newsgroup. Customers who are on the support plan may have their posts addressed by MS Tech support in this forum, provided they have properly registered their account, the post otherwise goes unanswered and is deemed to be of interest to the community at large. Very few posts actually meet that, but then again, very few go unanswered.

There are two Partner groups; one is managed and is intended for 'break

- fix' questions, the other is unmanaged but private and is for general partner discussion.

If you are an approved or certified reseller of RMS (this is beyond participating in the MS Parter program) you will have access to Partner Source, which is similar to Customer Source but (obviously) for the Partner community. Once you are logged into Partner Source, you will find a discussions link that will get you connected to the Parter discussion groups.
