Shift F3 on item price for individual item or on a blank line for entire sale.
They need "Access Pricing" permission selected in Cashier Properties.
Sorry I misunderstood.
I thought this (old) thread was about to save me...
But this particular "cashier right" does not alter whether the Shift+F3 discount option is available or not. The only thing I noticed is that it is (somehow) tied to security level 3 (not 4, which is the "typical" cashier - if I change to 3, it works). My only problem is (now), I don't know where (I think I know the how) to change the security on the POS (touch) screen (or at least this function).
Any help sure would be appreciated!
