Somehow in One (out of three) Store Ops 1.3, I have created duplicate items for about 50 products. They have the same Item Number, Supplier, everything. I know that it is unwise to delete products especially when they have some movement history as some of these do. So I made the items inactive, cannot be placed on PO, and blocked sales. But they still show up on my Physical Inventory, and I am afraid counts are going to be misplaced.
Any suggestions how to correct this properly? Thanks.
