Reordering Matrix Items -- Fields blocked

We are running RMS, and sometimes when we go to reorder items (especially those with a large matrix), some of the fields for a certain size/color will be a different color (not allowing one to enter a quantity, essentially blocked). The individual items are not inactive, but I can't figure out how to make it so the whole matrix will work for reorders on a PO.

This indicates the dimension fields in the Item Matrix are not set up exactly the same. For example if you have one component item setup as: Color - Black / Size - Large Another is setup as: Color - BLACK / Size - Large The entries are not in the same upper or lower case, so the associated cells will not show as editable in a Purchase Order. To fix this, go to Database, Items, and locate the matrix class entry (M code). Edit the dimension fields to use the same spelling for related entries. If most entries are labeled Small and one is SMALL, change SMALL to Small.

Thanks so much Greg! I will try that on some of the smaller matrices that we are having that problem on. I was looking at Power Ops the same night I posted my original question, and would love to download a free trial.
