Sorry if this seems like a silly question, but I just acquired two used En-Touch 1000 units. They did not come with any cables, so I need to purchase those. I am confused as to what I need.
Do I need both a power supply cable and a serial cable? Where does the second cable plug into? I only saw the serial port on the unit, no power port.
Thanks in advance. I have no experience with POS equipment, these are for a credit card solution that interfaces with my dental office practice management software.
