Error -2147217900 Creating matrix items

I am getting an error upon trying to create matrix items. After i've entered in all the matrix item attributes and styles they show up on the list, but when i go to click ok to create the matrix it gives me this message. "Error 2147217900, Ambiguous column name "DepartmentID" and then it closes the matrix window and i lose everything that was added.



Unsure why this is happeneing, any enlightenment would be great help! Thanks much, Matt Adams

: we're using HQ manager to create the matrix. the build is 2.0.0105. I have tried backing up and then reindexing but it seems as that has no effect whatsoever. This does happen on multiple machines. I am leaning toward the theory that one of our old unused plugins (DRS powerops and buyXgetY may have something to do with this, but can't say for certain. I know the error is SQL related but have no idea how to remedy this!

Have you tried to contact the customer support team? I have used them many times and they are very helpful. They have different levels of support members to help even the most complicated questions and problems regarding their POS Software.

We run XP SP3 on all our machines and never have a problem. and I am sure that we are not the only ones.
