I have a customer who has installed the RMS 2.0 trial, but does not know his credentials to connect. I was able to connect him through Windows Authentication , but that doesnt really help. anyone know what the username and password is for an RMS trial. Also it prompts for a sql password but not for an administrator password, the password that we entered for the sql server doesnt work either)

Sam,
There is a backdoor way to change the SQL sa password. If you have access to Partner Source you can search on password and locate this document. Hope this helps.
