We are using a keyboard MSR and for the most part it works fine with Point of Sale. However there seems to be an output formatting issue with debit cards. We process Debit as credit. When swiping a Credit card everything works as expected. When swiping a some debit cards POS gives an error message that the expiration date is not valid. I can adjust the output settings for the MSR but I just need to know what to set them as to make it work.
