Credit Card Authorization Error

We're using RMS ver 1.2017 I'm getting and error when trying to authorize a sale. We're using the preferred aquirerer and getting a Failed 19 Re Enter. Any thoughts as to why. I'm in the middle of converting all my locations from PC Charge to the RMS direct and this is the only site giving me this error so far. The Site is in Puerto Rico at the Carribean Rain Forest. Our authorizer is Pymentech /visanet/vital

I have the same problem but it only happens with Visa or master card.... American Express works fine. Any help would be great .

When we swipe a VISA card in Microsoft Point of Sale it says processing then comes back with an error that says RE ENTER. If the VISA card is entered manually then it works fine. The only problem is with swiping VISA and Master cards. All the other Cards work fine for example American Express works good.

Visa tender type setup

Maximum amount 0

Tender Type is Active

Verify using EDC

Valid Number format we tried both 4* and 4###############

Like I said EDC is setup and works fine with other cards and even works when you manually enter visa and Mastercards.

I had this issue once before when the ABA routing number and/or the Sharing group info wasn't entered properly in SO Administrator.

Make sure that you are using RMS' Service 2 or higher, version 1.02.171
