I wonder if anyone has come across this error before
Runtime Error : '-2147217873(80040e2f) Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint 'PK_Customer'. Cannot Insert duplicate key in object Customer.
It occurs while RMS synchronises the offline database after Blind Close out. Often if we run the blind close again it works fine without any errors. Sometime it works after 2-3 attempts.
The end user have around 300K+ customers in their database and running RMS V2.0.00115
Any help will be appreciated.
