Thanks for the input Jeff. That seemed to help on one machine, but are still getting it on one of our registers regularly.
Let's say it's POS3. I connected to (local) and to what I named 'offlinePOS3'. Deleted it and created another one. After it's created I test the connection. Everything is good on that end.
Then, I do a Z report so I can sync. It starts to sync, but gets stuck on 'Item' then after awhile we get two errors simultaneously:
1.) Internet Explorer Script Error. (The offending URL is our custom HTML file for the POS.)
2.) Microsoft Store Operations Run-Time Error '2147217873' Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint, 'PK_ITEM' cannot insert duplicate key in object Item.
After clicking okay, it boots you out of POS.
I followed the SQL Connection guideline Jeff so kindly provided, but am stuck!
