We have had some trouble with the following issues. Can someone please help.
First Which is the best report to generate a customer sales report w/name, address, phone #, e mail, items sold, cost, discounts, and total charged?
Second How to void shipping costs?
Third Reason codes have been set, but the option when these instances occur does not allow for selection of said reason codes? What did I do wrong?
Fourth How to print out a customer's purchase history?
