Can someone please help me with understanding the easiest way to import items into RMS Store Ops? Can this be done?

QSC Import. Free utility available from MS through CustomerSource. Populates all of the necessary tables nicely.

I do not have access to customer source any longer. Is there any other way to get this utility?
