Hotfix question for all

Does anyone else think it's strange that you must pay (be on a maintenance plan) to receive fixes to bugs in the software?

Yup! You would think with all the suggestions for improvement floating around here, they would at least add more functionality for the money, then it wouldn't be so obvious. I stayed on maintenance last year to get the RMS

2.0 upgrade. What a disappointment!
