example O/S reinstall $75.00, virus remove $50.00, etc

Thanks Ian

First what POS are you using RMS or POS?

If you have more than one sales lane in RMS you could create a work order when the customer comes in and then print it attach to computer that needs repair, the Repair department can add brief notes to each line in comments and save the work order then customer service up front can convert the work order into a sales order and finish the transaction. as far as the services create each one as a non-inventory item. LEts say you charge $75 an hour you could do 1.25 * ###(this is the service per hour) this will charge 1 and a quarter hours for the service @ $75 an hour for a total of $93.75

If your using POS get RMS
