We need an original receipt and a copy, labeled as:
Copy1: Store Copy Copy 2: Customer Copy
Also, and I apologize if I'm missing something obvious, but when we modify a receipt within the RMS Manager program, the sample display shows "Duplicate Receipt," but when we PRINT that receipt, the words Duplicate Receipt do not print. Any ideas?

Under the Configurations Options that you referred me to, there is not an option for Mark Duplicate Receipts as Duplicate. There *is* a setting for Mark Journal Receipts as Duplicate, and that is marked, but we're still not getting "Duplicate Receipt" printed on our 2nd copy of the receipts we print in Tender.
Any other suggestions?

I think that another option is to set up RMS with two full page printers and then print one full page receipt with the "Customer Copy" in the bottom of the page under "Thank you for your buisness" by default and then on the second printer put " Store Copy" on the bottom of that receipt. You will have to make two different receipt formats for a full page receipt for this to work. I hope this helps.
Thanks, friends, for your advice. I doubt the 2 printers suggestion will be an option here, but I suppose it would be great solution in another environment.
Regarding the customization, I can change the XML, but it looks like it already has the code in it for printing "Duplicate Receipt." It just doesn't actually print it. Is editing the XML the customization you referred to?
Also, how can I get a copy of the customization guide?
