HQ disk?

Is there a place online that I can download this or do I call Microsoft?

Hi Doug -

If you open a new support case, you can request the upgrade. A credit card is require to open the case, but there will be no charge to it for the incident if it relates only to an upgrade request.

Here is the info as listed: "To obtain any one of the service packs or hotfixes that are listed in this article, contact Microsoft Retail Management System Technical Support by accessing eSupport or by calling (888) 477-7877. Service packs can be downloaded from CustomerSource or from PartnerSource. Refreshes are only available for download on PartnerSource. Refreshes are automatically shipped to customers who are enrolled in a Microsoft maintenance plan. Hotfixes are not available for general download. Hotfixes can only be distributed by opening a support incident. An incident that is opened for the sole purpose of obtaining a hotfix will not be charged.

Use the Microsoft Knowledge Base article links in this article to obtain refresh and service pack download links and learn more about the quality reports that each service pack or hotfix identifies and resolves. The articles also describe how to apply the refreshes, the service packs, and the hotfixes in Store Operations 1.3 and in Headquarters 1.3."

Oh - all of that first post says for SO/HQ 1.3, etc. but should be valid if you are after a 2.0 disk, etc.
