HQ should export existing touchscreen keyboards from the template database when creating a new store database. Or at least there should be a simple mechanism for copying an existing keyboard between registers.
For that matter, HQ should maintain a library of macros and keyboards that can be downloaded to stores.
NOTE: RMS SO Manager has a bug in the Copy function of Touchscreen Keyboards. If you create a keyboard with no keys defined and try to perform a copy from that keyboard the sytstem floats RTE 3021 and shuts down.
