I am trying to use the Casio 360 with RMS? Has anyone used this printer with a desk top computer. It printed a few times then stopped. The cash drawer is also a Casio and has not opened. I get the 425 error. What could be locking the program. THe firewall is turned off.

The company I work for are Casio resellers, we were unable to get the Casio UP360 printer working with RMS. I would recommend Epson or a similar printer.
