I have 9 Casio POS systems. The cash drawer is connected through the printer. I was using POS 2.0. I have upgraded them to RMS. When I boot up , the cash drawer will work a few times, then won't open. I reboot and it will again open a few times, then stop. This symptom is present on all 9 machines, so it must be some setting. Any help? Thanks.

Have you tried to contact the customer support team? I have used them many times and they are very helpful. They have different levels of support members to help even the most complicated questions and problems regarding their POS Software.
