I have a star tsp100 (tsp143U) and an ms cash drawer cf405mb cash drawer. This works on two other POS products I sell. I see the tsp143u is a supported RMS compatible printer. I'd imagine the cash drawer should work since the Star is what generates the kick. However, I am stuck on trying to get the Store Ops 2.0 to recognize the cash drawer as connected through the Star printer. I don't know of an OPOS name for the cash drawer as when I go through the register set-up, if I choose cash drawer, it asks for an OPOS name. The printer preferences do list the cash drawer. I'm stuck not understanding the correlating feature here....
