Hey Guys, I am having a bit of problem here with my MMF Valuline Priter Driven Cash Drawer. It is connected to a Star TSP100 Printer on USB interface. I am currently just trying out the hardware on Sample database of RMS Evaluation copy. I get a receipt to print but the cash drawer won't open. I have Windows Drivers for the Printer. Can somebody point out what I am doing wrong here. Thanks.

Have you configure your Cash tender type to open cash drawer when tendering ?
Maybe that's the porblem...try opening SO Manager|Database|Tender Types|Cash then clcik properties..Make sure that option pop cash drawer is tick.

Search the group. There is a setting in the Star Printer driver that tells it to pop the drawer after each print job. More detail was posted a few weeks ago, but that may get you started at least.
