I cannot get the drawer open. Drawer is attached to star TSP700 which is connected on parallel port. The star opos drivers works fine and print but I don't know how to configure the MMF drawer to star printer.

When you ran the install for the OPOS printer driver, did you install the OPOS cash drawer driver too?
You might consider using the Windows driver instead as it fixes some OPOS problems with printing longer lines and text wrap around.
I did install the star opos driver for cash drawer, the problem is that I am unable to register the MMF ECD-240 cash drawer to the star opos for cash drawer.

Thanks guys, I had to install the cable vice versa. Its working perfectly fine.
