A former QS2000 customer user has upgraded to RMS Store Ops. He has two printers on his system, a Star printer (Parallel port) with a cash drawer attached as printer one and an Epson LQ670 (USB port) as printer two in RMS. QUESTION: Can he have the drawer open if he only wants to print to printer two?? He says this was the case in QS2000. He also wants the drawer to open when performing Open/Close.
